Global Team,

Global Impact

The Mission

Health & Prosperity

Barriers to health and prosperity are multifaceted. Our approaches are also.

We work with committed, innovative people around the world to design and execute projects spanning Agriculture, Education, Business Development and Clean Water all focused on alleviating poverty and malnutrition.

The Approach

Connection & Communication

In order to effectively make lasting change around the globe, it’s vital to build close relationships with those experiencing the challenges of poverty and malnutrition first-hand.

That’s why every project we implement is to address a specific need shared by people experiencing these obstacles.

The Origin

Global citizens making a change

In 2011, a group of international business men and women wanted to use their knowledge and connections to change lives. With their resources they determined the best approach was to empower local teams with patient capital and global expertise in the key developmental areas of education, agriculture, business development and clean water. More than a decade later, CAPAX continues as a global force for good, having touched Asia, Africa, and North and South America.

Focus Pillars

Agriculture

Improving farming practices of smallholder farmers through simple changes. We accomplish this by helping build large agricultural projects, introducing new ideas, and teaching best practices.

Outputs from these efforts help increase food safety and security, raise income and improve public health all while preserving, and in some cases healing, the environment.

Education

Education is at the core of what we do. We believe learning is vital at EVERY age.

Starting with childhood we share practical STEM curricula with teachers, to encourage curiosity and innovation.

When it comes to youth skill enhancement, we partner with schools to enhance education by equipping them with resources and provide on-site learning opportunities centered on agriculture.

Adult smallholder farmers are an often overlooked demographic. We connect these farmers and other agribusiness owners with mentors and technological support, many native to our existing team. Much support is provided around latest best practices of agriculture cultivation technique.

Business Development

Our diverse, accomplished mentors work with agribusiness owners to grow enterprises that are financially, socially and environmentally sustainable.

In addition to agriculture, the building and support of women owned enterprises spanning a variety of industries are a primary focus.

Other efforts include technology centric business incubation and the development of processes leveraging tech to support local business growth.

Clean Water

Clean drinking water is a universal basic need. We establish school-based clean water facilities to serve communities, and teach hygiene, such as soap making and hand washing, to prevent illness.

We also provide reusable metal water bottles, to reduce plastic waste and encourage earth-friendly habits. A single community water filtration station can eliminate the use and disposal of more than 100,000 plastic water bottles each year.
